Q1. What is your terms of payment?

A:  For the sample order:  we suggest payment online in ****** ! You can pay via credit card / bank payment !

     For wholesale order:  As the globe trade customs, please do T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% after delivery.

     We'll show you the photos of the products & packages, and the copy of shipping documents before you pay the balance.

Q2. Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, you can order online in ******;

if you don't receive the goods on time, you can refund the payment;

if you don't satisfy the products quality, you can refund the payment;

The payment will arrive our account, after you confirm the goods, same as C2C business, same as what you do in ebay or Amazon ! 

Q3. How about your delivery time?

A:  As the electric products contain a big battery inside, we can't ship by normal logestic(such as DHL or Fedex);

     We will ship the goods via a special channel by our ship agency; after the goods arrive your country, my ship agency will clear the customs for you;

     Then ship to your door by your local logestic service, such as ups or TNT !

     Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment, for the area of Europe, North Amercia & Australia.

Q4. Can you do OEM service?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. 

    To use your brand will bring an extra charge, it depand on the details, we can discuss online !

Q5: How do we make order online?

A:  As our product contain a lot of style, the product price & shipping fee is very different base on your detailed order and to different destination;

    Please message us your order details after you put an order online, we will adjust the last price on your order page;

    We suggest you arrange the payment after we confirm everything.

Warranty:

Within 1 year, we provide free spare parts for repairment; if the product could not be repaired, we provide whole new one for free, include shipping !
